TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSUMERTRANSACTIONS REECE'S PIECES

General conditions of Reece’s Pieces established in Amsterdam and registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 34235799. The general conditions apply to all internet transactions of Reece's Pieces with consumers.

By placing an order at Reece's Pieces the purchaser indicates that (s)he agrees with the general conditions of Reece's Pieces. We can send you the general conditions upon request, please send us an e-mail for this to info@ReecesPieces.eu.

Agreement

A legally binding agreement is formed when Reece's Pieces sends you an order confirmation, after you have placed an order for one or more articles. The order confirmation is send to you in the form of an e-mail immediately after the order is received. Please supply us with the correct e-mail address on your order.

Information, images and specifications

The contents of, and information on the site of ReecesPieces.nl have been composed with great care. The possibility still exists that information is incorrect, incomplete and/or not up-to-date. Neither ReecesPieces.nl nor its partners can be held accountable for this. ReecesPieces.nl can also not be held accountable for information and prices which have been placed on this site by third parties, for example tariffs, bulletins and/or the consequences of,- or because of, arisen transactions. All images, drawings, colors etc. are approximate. Deviations can be no reason for damages and/or dissolution. Much care goes into supplying up-to-date and correct information. Pricing

All prices on the site of Reece's Pieces are fixed prices in Euro, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. This cannot be negotiated.

Assortment

Our assortment is constantly changing. We do our best to coordinate the internet site. It may happen that certain articles are temporarily out of stock or have been removed from the collection. In that case we will notify you.

Circumstances beyond our control

Notwithstanding her remaining belonging right, Reece's Pieces has, by choice, in case of circumstances beyond her control the right to suspend shipping your order, or cancel the agreement without dissolving legal mediation.
