Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason it doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-Day refund less original shipping. You will pay the cost of shipping for normal and usual returns (vs. damaged returns). Returns without sufficient postage will not be accepted or refunded. Product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached for a full refund. After receiving the return within the 30 days from the date your received it, we will inspect your return and reimburse you for the purchase price of the item and sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping cost is not refundable as mentioned above. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Items to be exchanged for another item must be clearly indicated. Exchange orders are subject to standard shipping and processing fees.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in new and unused conditions with original tags attached. No exceptions will be made. Reece's Pieces reserves the right to refuse returns or only refund part of the paid amount if the product is not in mint condition. Please call us prior to returning your item(s) for authorization at +31 (0)20-77 37 607.
Products bought at Reece's Pieces can not be returned or exchanged at Diaper dude® retailers.
Shipping Policy
All orders are usually shipped with-in 2-4 business days. They are shipped with TNT Post as package post. When provided with an e-mail address, we will e-mail you the confirmation your shipment was sent and a tracking number. Reece's Pieces takes care to have your products delivered properly. Reece's Pieces cannot be held responsible for loss or damages caused by TNT Post. Reece's Pieces reserves the right to cancel the purchase if a customer does not comply with the specified terms and conditions. The shipping time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Bank transfers: Keep in mind the Diaper dude® will be shipped 2-4 business days after payment has been received. Pay Pal payments will also be shipped 2-4 business days after payment is received by Pay Pal. Please provide a physical address when available.
All order refusals are subject to a € 10.00 refusal fee and excludes original shipping and handling fees.
Shipping costs
Reece's Pieces will inform you of shipping costs before your order is confirmed. Delivery outside of The Netherlands is possible. Additional charges may apply. We will inform you of this when you checkout or by e-mail.
Product Guarantee
We stand behind our product(s) and will guarantee them for damages other than those caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear of materials over time and use. All returns will be evaluated and repaired or replaced after evaluation at our discretion.
